Required Underwriting Information (to be returned with application)
- Signed and fully completed Lease/Loan application (with bank and trade references)
- Three (3) years of Audited or Reviewed Financial Statements complete with the opinion and notes to the financial statements... or...
- Three (3) years of complete copies of Federal Income Tax Returns.
- Three (3) years of financial statements for the same 3 years of completed Federal Income Tax Returns.
- Year-to-Date financial statement (balance sheet and income statement)
- Current year’s budget and next year’s budget (if available)
- Business debt schedule listing all outstanding loans, payments and collateral
- Current Aged receivables listing (showing 30, 60 & 90+ days due)
- Project bids/ proposals/ contracts
Required Closing Information (to be provided before the loan closes)
- Governing documents
- Certificate of Incorporation, Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Organization
- Insurance listing lessor as a certificate holder
- Flood insurance (if applicable)
- ACH form for loan payments (we will provide form for completion.)
- Copies of 2 forms of ID for the primary signer on all the loan documents
